Match report Despite a delayed start at Escrick a thoroughly entertaining game with the Queries struggling early on but managing to post a crediable 184-7,leaving YGCC about 45 overs to get them. A notable debut for Jamie Stewart who bowled at a lively pace and batted with some aggression at the end. Having lost the Chairman quickly Charlie Thompson and skipper Andy Billington both scored quickly but it was left to the youngsters Harry Preston and Andrew Brewster (combined age 26?) to bat out the final 40mins for the draw. Good luck to the Queries for the rest of the tour to Yorkshire.
